A kind of magic (working title)

We are inspired by the weird. We get a thrill from how our bodies can twist and turn, creating new realities from the same bodies any other person would think of as normal when meeting in the street. Contortion is a kind of magic, where we are able to transform into alternate beings for a short while, before realigning ourselves and walking among ‘regular’ people once more. As contortionists we contradict the standard form and live for expanding how our audience might experience their own body in turn. When having the opportunity to create together, we two contortionists discovered a movement vocabulary that very quickly built us a new world to explore.

After a carte blanc from the space of La Voilére in 2025, where we created a 25 minute show for school children, we are continuing our research of creature creation. in February 2026 we were able to attend a laboratory hosted by CircusNext to further our concepts.

We are currently looking for residencies for 2026 and 2027!
